The first-ever Kailas Perak Ultra 2022 marathon will be held at Lenggong Valley from September 3-4.
The location, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a National Geopark Site will take participants through the myriad attractions of the area, including the pre-historic caves, fruit orchards, deer farm, the placid waters of Tasik Raban and myriad rustic byways.

The marathon features six categories, comprising the 100KM, 50KM, 30KM, 18KM, 10KM and 5KM run.
According to the organiser, Amran Arshad, they are still working on the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB) and the International Trail Running Association classification points for this event.
Participants of the 2022 King of Kemensah Trail event will be given a 10% discount during the registration, while groups comprising 5-9 participants will enjoy 5% off the full rate and 10% for groups with more than 10 entrants.
Early registration will also enjoy 8% off the normal rate for one month only, i.e. from 1-30th June 2022.
